Redemption Information:

Locker Rental

• To redeem locker, present Klook voucher at the ticket office at the front of the park to receive receipt and locker voucher
• Present your voucher to the cashier in front of the changing room to activate your wristband to open a selected locker

Transfer

• Please wait at the hotel lobby for your transfer to the park. For return transfers, please wait outside the park entrance for your return transfer at 3:30pm (1st Round), 5:00pm (2nd Round), or 6:30pm (3rd Round)

Food Voucher

• The THB500 food voucher applies to all outlets in the park's 'Foodville', Tiki Grill Bar or Dexter Lab. Simply tap your wristband on the reader at each outlet to redeem. To claim your wristband with THB500 credits, present your Klook voucher at the ticket office at the front of the park - if your purchase is over THB500 you can add value at top up stations around the park (i.e. ticket office at the front of the park, retail shops, Welcome Center and Foodville) or purchase another voucher from Klook. The balance of the wristband cannot be exchanged for cash. There is a min spend of THB500 in order to use the voucher. Any remaining extra credit can be refunded at the end of the day.

Spa Treatments

• To redeem spa treatment, present Klook voucher at the ticket office at the front of the park to receive receipt and spa voucher
• Present your voucher at the Welcome Center inside the park to confirm your booking
• Book your treatment at least 24 hours before you visit either by emailing reservations@cartoonnetworkamazone.com or calling +66 9 4884 2404
• Spa services are provided at Spa Go next to the surf zone (surf arena) and in the private cabanas from 12:00pm-6:00pm

Private Cabana

• To redeem cabana, present Klook voucher at the ticket office at the front of the park to receive receipt
• After receiving receipt, you can check in at the cabana stated on your receipt
• You must send a booking request to reserve a cabana at least 48 hours in advance either by emailing reservations@cartoonnetworkamazone.com or calling the number indicated on your e-voucher. Location of cabana is subject to availability

• 10:00am-6:00pm daily

Transfer Service Information:

• The shared transfer service is available from the following areas within Pattaya at 2 varying pick up schedules of your choice (1st round at 10:00am and 2nd round at 12:00pm)
• Please be at the lobby 10 minutes before the selected pick up time
• As this is a join in transfer, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick up route
• Please note: Round trip transfers are available between Cartoon Network Amazone and hotels in Pattaya city limits only

• Please note: You will be picked up from the park at 4:00pm for the return transfer
